I truly believe Reveille Ministries was divinely brought forward for such a time as this and to shine a light on the darkness and deception coming upon a spiritually slumbering church. Many years ago, I was granted a powerful, angelic visitation. It revealed to me a very clear understanding that I was called to be a teacher of truth. I surrendered wholeheartedly in reverence and obedience and placed my, “Yes!” on the table. The more I moved forward in trust, faith, and obedience, even when I did not have complete understanding, the more my life purpose, or destiny, on earth and my gifts became clear.
IT CAN BE SO HARD TO WAIT UPON THE LORD.
I hope you are encouraged, even in the years of quiet as you trust in the Lord and continue to wait upon him, that as hard as it can be to wait upon the Lord for any of us, I continued to persevere. I know many of you are also. Don’t get me wrong, there were certainly days of frustration, yet I remained determined with faith. With the amazing support and love from my family, I pressed in, believing that one day God would open the necessary doors in His appointed season. God promises a blessing for those who wait upon him (Isaiah 30:18 KJV).
It was during this wait that the name of this ministry came quite effortlessly. The Lord had directed me to establish a much-needed, anointed prayer team foundation early in this ministry journey. It is delightful to serve shoulder to shoulder with the body of Christ, so I asked my prayer partners to submit name ideas for God’s new ministry in us. One of my prayer partners came forward with an amazing response. She had heard the word “Reveille” in her spirit. With much delight, I felt this immediately confirmed in my own spirit. Later that night, I heard on TV a trumpet resounding the Reveille song! I just smiled at the wonderful working power of God.
It is so powerful when we all work together and our gifts glorify God. He is so pleased with his family! Look at this amazing dictionary.com definition of reveille, and you’ll understand why we continue to all be so excited
“1. A signal, as of a drum or bugle, sounded early in the morning to awaken military personnel and to alert them for assembly. 2. A signal to arise.” To awaken, to watch, be vigilant.”
The origins of the word “reveille” are in the French and Latin words meaning to awaken, to watch, and to be vigilant. Reveille is a call to action! It is time for the Church to rally. Our destiny needs to be secured. It is time to wake up. Spiritually, we’ve got work to do, Saints! There is a great time of harvest approaching in the end generation. Dry bones come alive!
FIRST RESPONDERS
The Holy Spirit revealed to me that Reveille will be the first responders! As we know, first responders are those brave men and women who have a passion to serve others. They are the ones who are trained and highly skilled at rushing into burning, collapsing buildings. First responders knowingly place themselves in harm’s way to reach those in dire need of emergency assistance, pulling them up and out of physical danger.
With the mighty spirit of our Heavenly Father, the people of Reveille Ministries are spiritual first responders to those who are stuck in the murky waters of dangerous deception. Reveille Ministries moves forward with uncompromising dedication to teach biblical truth. This is when the Lord breaks the binding chains of darkness and deception, freeing those who seek his truth diligently. As in John 8:32, the truth sets us free. Praises!
It is prophesied in Matthew 24:12 that as the world increases in evil, the love of most shall grow cold. We sense this and experience this every day. As we walk in righteousness as God‘s children, we must truly work to make a difference in this dark hour! I ask you this question:
How can we fight in the upcoming spiritual battle that we can’t even see?
Jesus instructs us to be dressed and ready. This is the hour to study the Word so that as prophesied in Revelation 19:7, the bride makes herself ready. The bridegroom, Christ, is coming soon!
The Holy Spirit also kept placing in my spirit the song, “Battle Hymn of the Republic.” For days, I was humming it. I printed the lyrics and one verse stood out to me for this ministry, Reveille: “He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat.” God never ceases to amaze me!
If you look closely at the Reveille logo, you will see a figure at the end of the word Reveille. Another artistic prayer partner of ours designed a shofar, trumpet in Hebrew language, as the last letter “e.” A shofar is the type of horn, made out of a ram’s horn, that would have been blown in Biblical times, marking the new year, and to signal troops and for religious services.
Friends, we must remember our God promised in Hebrews never to leave us or forsake us. Even when we must suffer great refinement to bring forward His truth as darkness covers the earth, He is there beside us. Meanwhile, we all must be dressed and ready to put our own, “Yes!” on the table. God is certainly pleased with our faith and our, “Yes, Lord.” This is when we see the miraculous hand of God, moving supernaturally in our lives.
We are a family, and we’re better and stronger together! Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! His truth is marching on. We thank you for your prayers.
